My mom's disc drive did in fact work perfectly fine, so all those CDs are ripped. The cable for it is a bit short but I could just stack up some books. There are a few more CDs I would like to rip but for now I've just ripped the ones I actually own (some Pink Floyd and Harvey Danger; it's funny, I own the CD for Little by Little, but I don't think I've ever used it, I think I always used YouTube to listen to that album). I also played a little bit of StS2 co-op with one of my partners in the evening. That was pretty fun. I was in no state for a voice call unfortunately, and we didn't win either run, but still, we had fun. It's kinda nuts how high enemy health scaling is in co-op.
